Be careful if you buy there, that place was designed in Venezuela for their weather conditions and the consequences of that are that now we have experinced several and dangerous situations and water filtrations, glass doors get broken and people has been injured for that. Even the cement walls have serious water filtrations. Let me know and I can give you more details, besides the road there is in terrible conditions and the condos are located next Costa Rica´s biggest jail. Investigate more about this and other events before making a decision

I've heard that windows are falling out spontaneously. Is that true ? Nobody got wounded ? Is the constructor changing the windows now ? If I read the other message only one thing comes up in my mind: what kind of construction is that ?1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

They look really nice, but some things that concerned me are: our neighbors: the Penitenciary, the access road and the traffic jams to get out of there. Besides, it is announced as it was located in "Belen", when it is actually in San Rafael de Alajuela, which is totally different... If the new roadway to Caldera is soon open, definately that would help a lot to get out, otherwise should have to get up 2 hours in advance to get to my job! But I am still thinking of buying it... 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
